stayed for 3 nights in a twin room with tatami area. room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with great toiletries. the staff was super helpful with dinner reservations and local tips. The spa was amazing. we enjoyed a full body massage. location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway.
